Returns and Exchange policy
Our products are handmade, which guarantees unique and high quality pieces. Being handmade items, the following conditions apply:
- No returns or refunds are accepted. In case of receiving an item with a manufacturing defect, the customer must report it within 48 hours after receipt, attaching visual evidence of damage.
- Variations of manual labor as slight differences in color, texture, measurements or finishes will not be considered defects.
We appreciate your trust and preference for authentic handmade products.
How long does it take to ship?
Our bags are made to order. Once the payment is processed it will take 5 to 7 working days to make the product, prepare the package and send it to the customer. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 days for the product to be delivered.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship all over the United States.
How should I take care of my bag?
Avoid machine washing. Clean it carefully by hand, and store it in a dry place to preserve its shape and color.
